Questions

How do I check if my Netflix payment really failed?

Open the Netflix app, or go to netflix.com by typing it yourself, and look at your account there. Don't use a link from a text to check.

Where do I report a fake Netflix text?

Netflix asks you to forward suspicious messages to [email protected] and then delete them. Forward the text to 7726 too, so your carrier can block the sender.

I entered my card number or password. What now?

Call your bank using the number on your card and ask them to block the card. Change your Netflix password on netflix.com, and change it anywhere else you use the same one.
